Tony brings a range of skills and experience to this project team. Commencing his life in the industry by completing a Certificate III in Cabinetmaking; Tony quickly moved into owning and operating a business. His diverse skills, knowledge and interest in the building, fit-out and refurbishment sector saw him move into residential development followed by shopfitting. This led to the opportunity to move into Hotel refurbishment and fit-out at the Stamford Grand, Glenelg and Stamford Plaza, Adelaide.

Tony continued and took his strengths in estimating, supervision, site coordination and project delivery on to a number of successful projects. He has a number of years of experience in delivering shop fit-outs, hospitality and other high-end projects across Australia. During this time his understanding of client operations saw his increasing commitment to delivering a number of high-quality, on-time projects to varying clients. Tony has a strong track record in developing and maintaining a collaborative approach amongst project team members, ensuring effective management of time, quality and cost targets.

Lian brings a diverse range of skill and experience to this project team. Having commenced in the construction industry from a young age Lian became interested in the design of interior spaces that saw her continue her further education by completing a Bachelor of Interior Architecture. Lian worked on a number of small, medium and large-scale design projects before moving into interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. Her invaluable design skills combined with her knowledge on construction see her regularly contribute to design solutions where construction details may not be achievable. Working successfully with any design team to overcome the challenges and reduce time lost. Lian has delivered a variety of projects of various values and complexities in recent years where she combined her design, Contract Administration and Project Management skills to continually deliver successful projects for a variety of clients. Lian had the overall responsibility for all technical, contractual and administrative components of projects during the Construction and DLP phases until the Final Certificate is issued. 

She also has experience as a Quality Systems Manager and Interior Architect, proving her to be a flexible and knowledgeable team member on many facets of a project. Lian has a strong track record in developing and maintaining a collaborative approach amongst project team members, ensuring effective management of time, quality and cost targets.
